Q: Is Speedepack a moving company?

A: No, the moving is up to you. Feel free to choose any mover you would like. Just make sure they don't take any equipment.

Q: How do I pay?

A: All orders are processed online and full payment is made prior to the delivery of the speedepack moving system. Add ons and extras can be purchased with a credit card. Delivery Driver will swipe the credit card at time of delivery.

Q: How will I know when my order will arrive?

A: A speedepack representative will call you and give you a delivery window on a specific day.

Q: Do I need to be home when the Speedepack system is delivered and picked up?

A: Yes, Speedepack will deliver your items and need you to sign the renal agreement. At pick-up you will need to be on site while we account for all of the rental equipment.

Q: How long can I keep the Speedepack system?

A: Minimum order is one week. There are also options for 2 and 3 weeks.

Q: Does Speedepack pro-rate the rental price if I finish my move in less time than my rental period?

A: No, Speedepack will not pro-rate. You will be charged a two week minimum no matter how long you keep the system.

Q: Can I get more equipment if needed in the middle of my move?

A: There is no guarantee. Based on our delivery and pick-up schedule we may or may not be able to accommodate your request. You will also be charged a second delivery fee and added rental charges. The best approach is to order a package that will accommodate all of your goods, even if you have a few extra Speedepacks.

Q: Why do I need an electronic/picture frame cart?

A: Each electronic and picture frame cart is specially designed to move your fragile flat panel TV, computer screens, and picture frames safely. Each cart has a foam bottom and is fully carpeted. Forget wasting time on expensive picture cartons. Simply wrap each item in bubble wrap and move safely in our custom cart.

Q: Can I leave the Speedepack equipment outside while I wait to use it or have it picked up?

A: No, all Speedepack equipment needs to be kept safe from theft and weather damage in your home or garage. Our customers will be held responsible for any missing or damaged equipment.

Q: I am planning on moving outside of the Wasatch Front. Can I still use Speedepack?

A: Unfortunately, no. Speedepacks are for local moves within the Wasatch Front.
